There's something about telling our story that is indeed cathartic. In our sessions, I'll join with you as we trace and delve into your story using presence, inquiry and witnessing to recognize shadow elements of the personality and psyche. We'll release what we can into the cleansing fire that is the psychotherapeutic process. And just like when we conjure bold visions by talking story around the campfire, we'll use discernment to suss out a bigger version of the best vision you hold about yourself. When you work with me, you can trust that I'll be by your side around our metaphorical campfire.
